Here we have one of the finest Summitville Covellites we ever handled. This is a super contrastful specimen with two rosettes consisting of tabular, six-sided crystals. The major cluster is super perfectly and also aesthetically exposed on that typically well known matrix. Summitville, Colorado Covellite of this quality is rarer than Butte Covellite and is considered by many to be the finest Covellite in the world. And this high aesthetic specimens counts for my opinion definitely among those finest worldwide Covellites. This is just a miniature sized piece, but what one; it features very rare, discrete plates of iridescent, peacock-blue Covellite crystals as already mentioned rosettes, aesthetically set on contrastful matrix. This is a killer piece all the way, exceeding hard to come by, especially in this super quality.
