Here we see a beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, superbly zoned green Elbaite from the famous Himalaya Mine. This fine crystal is complete all around and doubly terminated. On the one hand, one terminations is dark and multifaced, on the other hand, the second termination is more flattened and lighter. The really minor backlit photo highlights the gemminess and variable green colour intensities. This is classic, old-time material from the Himalaya.
