This is a Stokesite with Cookeite from Urucum claim, Conselheiro Pena, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Stokesite is a rare calcium-tin silicate and the Urucum claim has produced the most attractive specimens of the species, considered world's best by far, in the late 1990s and into early 2000s (though this is an older one).
