Quartz var. Ametrine from Anahi Mine, Bolivia (Ref: DC19-AMETR)
Anahi Mine, Santa Cruz, Bolivia
140mm x 61mm x 63mm
$1500
Ametrine is a mix of amethyst and citrine, and this specimen is excpetional! These types of ametrine specimens from Bolivia typically have a terminated point and a body that is etched revealing the citrine interior. This specimen is highly etched which gives it a really fantastic appearance and unique form. The coloring is also exceptional as it has quite a bit of orange citrine visible. The condition is very good with a few dings which is quite typical of these. There is a small ding on the termination point, but none of them are really noticeable as the etching of the entire specimen hides any imperfections. Data last checked on 14th Sep 2021 - specimen may no longer be available
