Quartz, Calcite, Arsenopyrite, etc. from Trecpa, Kosovo (Ref: DC17-BIGTREP)

140mm x 140mm x 32mm
$250
This really is the ultimate Trepca specimen because it has pretty much everything all in one specimen. The primary minerals you see on the front are Calcite, Quartz and Arsenopyrite, but there is also Pyrrhotite and Boulangerite there too. The backside also has pink rhodochrosite and golden pyrite. The white calcite on the top-left side immediately stands out, but so too does the Arsenopyrite which is the highly lustrous, cubic material you see mixed with the quartz on the bottom half. The Arsenopyrite has a very, very subtle golden hue to it, but it mostly has a super-shiny, silvery, look to it. The arsenopyrite crystals are up to 1.4cm long. The circular patch on the backside has tiny, pink rhodochrosite rhombs.
