Transparent halite cubes up to 1.3cm across which are stacked to give columnar-like structures. The halite is coloured green by a dusting of a copper mineral (?atacamite) mainly towards the base of the specimen. No significant damage, a few minor chips and scuffs to crystal corners are visible with a hand lens. Unusual and displays beautifully. Fluoresces bright orange under SW UV. From a new find in 2016.
