Isolated Zunyite crystal, a rare aluminum sorosilicate and fluoride, on a Hematite matrix. The crystal, tetrahedral and beveled on the faces of the cube, has very well defined and smooth faces. With a color between reddish and dark brown and with lamellar Hematite inclusions, which distinguish it from the first Iranian zunyites found.Qalat-e Payeen salt dome, Bandar Abbas, Central District, Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan Province Iran (07/2019)
